Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return request, please send an email to our support team:

Please include your Order Number and a brief note (or photos, if the item arrived damaged) explaining the issue. Our support team will review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: Customers cover the cost of return shipping for standard returns or size exchanges.
• Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, Faith Deluxe Ventures will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a replacement free of charge.

4. Non-Refundable / Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Clearance or final-sale merchandise
• Digital downloads or electronic products
• Customized or personalized items

5. How Refunds Are Issued

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to reflect on your statement.
